Terms and Conditions: Perpetual Luggage Set Draw

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Perpetual Luggage Set Draw (“the Draw”) operated by R.D Jones & B Tomlins t/as Let Us Take You (“the Promoter”). By participating in the Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

The Draw is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, who purchase and complete a journey with us in the relevant draw period, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members.

 

2. How to Enter

All participants will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for each completed booking. Eg: One way bookings will receive one (1) entry per completed booking.

Return travel bookings will also receive one (1) entry, once the return service has been completed, in the relevant draw period. Eg: If you book a return trip and complete the first leg of your travel in one promotional period and the second leg in another promotional period, your entry will be valid in the promotional period for the final leg only.

Multiple entries per person are permitted, as per the entry method outlined above.

 

3. Draw Periods

The Draw is perpetual, and commences 1 st July, 2025. With one (1) prize winner to be drawn every three months. Each draw period will coincide with the end of a Business Activity Statement (BAS) quarter:

  • Draw 1: Entries received between [Start Date of First Period, e.g., July 1st, 2025] and September 30th, 2025.
  • Draw 2: Entries received between October 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025.
  • Draw 3: Entries received between January 1st, 2026 and March 31st, 2026.
  • Draw 4: Entries received between April 1st, 2026 and June 30th, 2026.

This cycle will continue indefinitely until the Promoter announces the cessation of the Draw.

 

4. Prize

The prize for each draw period will be a choice of one (1) luggage set, with a total retail value of approximately $250aud or one (1) $200aud Gift Card.

The choice of which will be determined by the winner upon notification pending any alteration as outlined in Section 7, General Conditions.

The specific brand, model, and colour of the luggage set will be determined by the Promoter at their sole discretion and may vary each quarter.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • A winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the respective draw period within 7 days following the end of each BAS quarter (e.g., by October 7th, January 7th, April 7th, July 7th).
  • The draw will take place at the Promoter’s place of Business.
  • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The winners name will also be published on our social media platforms.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No redraw will be
    conducted and a new subsequent draw will commence for the new entry period.

 

6. Publicity

By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

7. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision in all matters related to the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time without prior notice, should unforeseen circumstances technical difficulties arise, or prize supply problems arise.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

8. Personal Details

By entering into the draw you agree that Let Us Take You and its owners need to collect personal information from your booking, limited to Your Name, Email
address, Contact number and Physical Address (for delivery of your prize).

This is information you have already supplied for the purpose of your travel.

Let Us Take You does not and will not sell or distribute this information at any stage to any party unless required by a legal practitioner of New South Wales.
